At FBC Lacey, we believe that giving is an act of worship and gratitude to our sovereign God who has graciously provided all that we have (James 1:17). Scripture teaches that everything belongs to the Lord, and we are stewards of His gifts (Psalm 24:1; 1 Corinthians 4:2). Therefore, we give not under compulsion, but cheerfully and willingly, as an expression of faith in Christ and love for His church (2 Corinthians 9:6–7). Your giving supports the ministry of the Word, the care of the saints, and the spread of the gospel locally and to the nations. In all things, we aim that Christ would be exalted and His kingdom advanced.
